Germany Region and Currency Information

This product is intended for eligible Ravensburger online purchases associated with Germany and uses euros.

The voucher is primarily intended for:

• The Ravensburger online shop
• Eligible myRavensburger personalised products
• EUR-denominated orders
• Delivery to supported addresses in Germany

Ravensburger also serves Austria and Switzerland. However, currency compatibility is important. A voucher issued in Swiss francs cannot be used for an order processed in euros, and a EUR voucher cannot be used for a CHF order.

Do not assume that this digital Gift Card can be used at independent toy shops, department stores, Ravensburger retail outlets, Museum Ravensburger, Ravensburger Spieleland, or the separate Spieleland ticket shop. Those channels may use different payment and voucher systems.

Customers browsing by country can also visit our Germany Gift Cards collection.

Customer Account and Recipient Requirements

Ravensburger’s published Gift Card conditions state that a customer account may be required to use and manage Gift Card credit.

The card’s available balance may be connected to the customer account after redemption. Some Ravensburger Gift Cards may also be issued for a named recipient and may not be transferable to another person.

If the recipient is a minor, the required account should be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Check the recipient’s name, email address, region, currency, and account information before applying the voucher.

Balance, Partial Use, and Supplementary Payment

A Ravensburger Gift Card can generally be used for more than one eligible order. If a purchase costs less than the available balance, the remaining value can be used later, subject to the voucher’s validity and conditions.

If an order costs more than the remaining balance, the recipient may normally pay the difference with another payment method offered during checkout.

Checkout rules concerning multiple Gift Cards and promotional codes can vary. Ravensburger’s current service guidance indicates that one promotional voucher may be combined with a maximum of one Gift Card.

Do not purchase several Gift Cards for one order without first checking the current checkout limits.

Gift Card balances cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Card Validity Notice

Ravensburger’s current service portal states that its Gift Cards do not have an expiry date. However, the company’s published online-shop terms also state that Gift Cards purchased through the Ravensburger online shop may be redeemed until the end of the third year following purchase.

These rules may relate to different Gift Card versions or issuing channels. Always follow the validity information included with the voucher supplied by eGift Cards.

Redeem the voucher within the stated period rather than assuming that every Ravensburger Gift Card has unlimited validity.
