Petrol Ofisi Gift Cards Turkey Region – TRY (Email Delivery)

FAQs About Petrol Ofisi Gift Cards Turkey Region

What can I buy with a Petrol Ofisi Gift Card?

The digital gift fuel code is intended for eligible petrol, diesel, and Autogas or LPG purchases at participating Petrol Ofisi stations in Turkey.

It should not be assumed to cover non-fuel products unless the delivered voucher specifically says otherwise.

Can I use the gift card for every fuel type?

Current retailer information states that eligible codes may be used for petrol, diesel, and LPG. Availability depends on the fuel products sold by the selected station and the conditions attached to the voucher.

How will I receive my Petrol Ofisi code?

The digital code will be sent to the email address provided with your order after payment approval and any required verification. No physical card is shipped.

How long does email delivery take?

Delivery normally begins after the order has been processed successfully. Some transactions may take longer when additional payment or security checks are required.

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if the email does not appear in your main inbox.

Is the gift card restricted to Turkey?

Yes. The code is intended for compatible Petrol Ofisi accounts and participating stations in Turkey. It cannot normally be redeemed in another country.

What currency does the gift card use?

The gift card is denominated in Turkish lira, represented by the currency code TRY.

The amount of fuel received depends on the pump price at the time and location of redemption.

Do I need the Petrol Ofisi Mobil application?

The standard redemption process requires the code to be added through Petrol Ofisi Mobil or linked to a compatible Positive Card membership.

Check the delivered instructions before purchasing if the recipient cannot install or access the application.

Do I need a Positive Card account?

A Positive Card membership may be required to register and use the gift fuel value. The recipient should sign in to the Petrol Ofisi Mobil application using their registered account information.

How do I add the code to my account?

Open Petrol Ofisi Mobil, sign in, open the menu, find the reference-code section, select the option to add a new reference code, and enter the code exactly as delivered.

Check the transaction-history or account section to confirm that the benefit was added.

How do I use the balance at a station?

Tell the station employee that you want to use gift fuel or fuel points. Provide the registered mobile number or generate the appropriate QR code through Petrol Ofisi Mobil.

Confirm the amount before completing the transaction.

Can I use the code directly at the pump?

The code normally needs to be added to a compatible account before it can be used. Do not assume that entering or showing the original code at the pump is sufficient.

Follow the account-registration instructions first.

Can I redeem the gift card online?

No. The gift fuel value is intended for eligible purchases at participating physical Petrol Ofisi stations. It is not designed as general online shopping credit.

Can I use it at every Petrol Ofisi station?

The voucher is intended for participating Petrol Ofisi stations. Redemption requires a station with compatible Positive Card or gift fuel processing.

Use the Petrol Ofisi station finder or confirm acceptance with the chosen station before fuelling.

Does the code expire?

Yes. Current retailer information states that certain Petrol Ofisi gift fuel codes are valid for six months.

Use the exact expiry date supplied with your particular code because different campaigns or batches may have different validity periods.

Is the code expiry date the same as the account-balance expiry?

Not necessarily. The reference code may have a deadline for adding it to the account, while the resulting benefit or points may be governed by separate Positive Card validity rules.

Check both the delivery information and the expiry details shown in the application.

Can the expiry date be extended?

An extension is not guaranteed. Add and use the code before the stated deadline.

Expired codes or account benefits may not be restored, refunded, or replaced.

Can I use the gift card more than once?

Current digital voucher terms indicate that the value may not be divided into multiple instalments. Plan to use the gift fuel amount in one transaction unless the supplied terms clearly allow partial use.

What happens to any unused value?

The treatment of unused value depends on the specific voucher and account rules. Because the card may be restricted to a single transaction, confirm that the vehicle can accept enough fuel before starting redemption.

Do not assume that an unused amount will automatically be refunded.

Can I combine multiple Petrol Ofisi gift cards?

Multiple eligible gift cards may be used for a purchase, subject to current station, account, and transaction limits.

Register each code correctly and confirm the available balance before visiting the station.

Can I combine the gift card with a promotion?

Not always. Some Petrol Ofisi gift card terms state that the gift value cannot be combined with other promotions.

Ask the station employee which discount, campaign, or balance will be applied before payment.

Can I use the gift card for station-market products?

This product is intended for fuel. Other types of Positive Card points may support station-market products, coffee, or car-wash services, but that does not mean a gift fuel code can be used for them.

Follow the category shown for the balance in the application.

Can I use it for a car wash?

Not unless the delivered product specifically includes car-wash services. Gift fuel balances are generally limited to eligible fuel and Autogas purchases.

Can I use it to purchase motor oil?

Do not assume that lubricants or motor oils are eligible. The standard digital gift fuel product is described as being for fuel purchases.

Can the gift card be exchanged for cash?

No. The gift card value cannot normally be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, or exchanged for cash.

Can I transfer the balance to another person?

Positive Card points and benefits are generally linked to the registered account and are not designed for transfer after redemption.

Always confirm the correct account before entering the reference code.

Can I buy a Petrol Ofisi Gift Card for someone else?

Yes. You can purchase the digital code as a gift and share it privately with a trusted recipient who has or can create a compatible Petrol Ofisi account in Turkey.

Do not add the code to your own account if it is intended for someone else.

Can a redeemed code be cancelled or refunded?

A code that has been successfully added or used generally cannot be cancelled, returned, transferred, or refunded.

Verify the recipient, region, and account before redemption.

What should I do if the code does not work?

Check that:

• The code was entered exactly as delivered

• The voucher is intended for Turkey

• The code has not expired

• The code has not already been redeemed

• You are using a compatible Petrol Ofisi account

• The mobile application is updated

• The account’s registered phone number is active

• The selected station supports the required redemption system

If the problem continues, contact support with your eGift Cards order number and the displayed error message. Keep the complete code private.

What if the account shows no gift fuel after redemption?

Open the account’s transaction-history section and check whether the reference code was accepted. Restart or update the application if necessary.

If the benefit still does not appear, contact Petrol Ofisi or eGift Cards support before attempting to enter the code repeatedly.

Which payment methods are supported?

The payment methods currently available will be displayed during checkout on eGift Cards. Options may vary according to your location, order value, selected currency, and payment provider.

Is the digital Petrol Ofisi code legitimate?

The delivered code is intended for eligible redemption through Petrol Ofisi Mobil, Positive Card, and participating Petrol Ofisi stations in Turkey.

Purchase the correct regional product, follow the supplied instructions, and treat the code like cash until it has been added successfully.
