What can I purchase with a Getfresh Gift Card?

Products vary by restaurant, serving time, and availability.

How will I receive my Getfresh voucher?

The digital voucher is sent to the email address provided with your order after payment approval and any required verification.

No physical gift card is shipped.

How long does email delivery take?

Delivery begins after the order has been successfully processed. Some transactions may take longer when payment, identity, or security verification is required.

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if the email does not appear in your main inbox.

Where can I redeem the voucher?

The voucher can be presented at eligible Getfresh stores in Thailand. Current terms exclude the Mahanakhon branch.

Because branch participation can change, confirm acceptance with the intended restaurant before visiting.

Are Getfresh Thailand vouchers region-locked?

Yes. The voucher is denominated in Thai baht and intended for participating Getfresh restaurants in Thailand.

It cannot normally be redeemed with another restaurant, retailer, or Getfresh business operating in a different country.

How do I redeem a Getfresh voucher?

Choose eligible à la carte food or beverages at a participating branch and present the voucher barcode to the cashier during payment.

The cashier will scan or process the voucher and apply its value to the eligible bill.

Can the voucher be used for dine-in?

Yes. The voucher can generally be used for eligible dine-in purchases from the à la carte menu at participating Getfresh stores.

Can the voucher be used for takeaway?

Yes. Eligible takeaway food and beverages from the à la carte menu are generally permitted when ordered directly from a participating Getfresh restaurant.

Can I use the voucher for delivery?

The voucher should not be assumed to work for delivery orders. Current redemption instructions require the barcode to be presented to a cashier at a participating branch.

It may not be accepted through GrabFood, LINE MAN, foodpanda, or another third-party service.

Can I use it for an online Getfresh order?

Only if the supplied voucher instructions expressly support online redemption. Standard voucher instructions indicate in-store barcode presentation, so confirm the redemption channel before placing an online order.

Can I use the voucher at the Mahanakhon branch?

Current terms specifically exclude the Getfresh Mahanakhon branch. Choose another participating Getfresh location for redemption.

Can I use more than one voucher on the same bill?

No. Current terms allow only one Getfresh e-voucher per bill. Multiple vouchers cannot normally be combined in a single transaction.

Can I combine the voucher with a promotion?

No. The voucher cannot normally be combined with other promotional offers.

Confirm the final price and any exclusions with the cashier before presenting the barcode.

Can I receive a Getfresh membership discount when using the voucher?

No. Current terms exclude the Getfresh membership discount when paying with this e-voucher.

Can I use the voucher for a set menu?

No. Set menus are excluded. The voucher is intended for eligible food and beverages from the à la carte menu.

Can I purchase retail products with the voucher?

No. Retail merchandise is excluded under the current voucher conditions.

Do I need to use the entire voucher at once?

Yes. The voucher is generally single-use. If your bill is lower than the voucher value, the unused amount will not normally be refunded or retained for a future purchase.

Choose your items carefully before presenting the voucher.

What happens if my bill exceeds the voucher value?

Ask the cashier whether the remaining amount can be paid using an accepted payment method. Available payment options and transaction procedures may depend on the participating branch.

Can I exchange the voucher for cash?

No. Getfresh e-vouchers cannot normally be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Can I transfer the voucher to someone else?

An unused digital voucher can generally be shared privately with another person. The recipient must be able to visit an eligible Getfresh restaurant in Thailand.

Do not share the barcode publicly because another person may redeem it first.

Can I buy a Getfresh Gift Card for someone else?

Yes. It can be purchased as a gift for a friend, relative, colleague, or another recipient.

Before ordering, confirm that the recipient is in or plans to visit Bangkok and can access a participating branch.

Does the Getfresh voucher expire?

The voucher may include an expiry date or redemption period. Use it within the validity period displayed in the product details or delivery email.

Expiration extensions are not guaranteed.

What should I do if the barcode does not work?

Confirm that:

• The complete barcode is visible
• The voucher has not already been redeemed
• The voucher has not expired
• The restaurant is a participating branch
• The order contains eligible à la carte items
• Only one voucher is being used for the bill
• No excluded promotion or membership discount has been applied

If the issue continues, contact support with your eGift Cards order number and the error reported by the cashier. Keep the complete voucher details private.

Can a redeemed voucher be cancelled or refunded?

No. A successfully redeemed digital voucher generally cannot be cancelled, replaced, transferred, or refunded.

Verify the restaurant, order total, and eligible products before allowing the cashier to process the barcode.

Which payment methods can I use to buy the voucher?

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout on eGift Cards. Options may vary according to your location, selected currency, order value, and payment provider.
