The process can get tricky to understand, but here are some step-by-step instructions to redeem your GrabGift.
1. Open the Grab App or update to the latest version.
2. Log into your Grab account.
3. Ensure the app is switched to the Indonesia market.
4. Either click the GrabGift link or fill in the voucher information.
5. Check if the voucher is located in the account section of My Rewards, Offers, or Vouchers.
6. Select Food or GrabFood in the Grab App.
7. Select a restaurant and add GrabFood items to your cart.
8. Continue to check out.
9. Before you confirm the order, select the GrabFood voucher.
10. Check the total, the discount amount, and the estimated delivery cost. Confirm the delivery address.
11. Pay the delivery fee, if any, that is your responsibility.
12. Confirm the order.
Normally, Grab does not require entering a voucher after you have checked out. So be sure to select the GrabFood voucher before confirming your order.
Each GrabGift can only be redeemed once. If the total amount of the order is less than the value of the voucher, then the difference is lost. So try to use your GrabGifts to cover the cost of your whole order.
Once a GrabGift has been assigned to or redeemed in a Grab account, it cannot be moved to a different account.
Region and Currency Notice
GrabFood Gift Cards – Indonesia have a value in Indonesian Rupiah and are for eligible GrabFood orders in the Grab app for Indonesia.
These vouchers cannot typically be redeemed with Grab accounts or serviced offerings in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar or any other country. Restrictions on GrabGifts may include:

Unlike GrabGifts, GrabFood vouchers are not a type of cash. Each GrabGift is used once and any remaining credit is forfeited.
If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the GrabGift, the customer is still required to pay the difference. GrabGifts do not cover all the delivery and order charges.
The GrabGift cannot be:
Exchanged for cash
Transferable after having been assigned to a Grab account
Used more than once
Redeemed in another country
Applied to unsupported Grab services
Used after its expiration date
Replaced or refunded after its expiration date
Used in combination with other promotions unless stated
These GrabFood vouchers have a high restaurant coverage and are valid only when the delivery address is in the covered areas. Valid vouchers do not guarantee restaurant availability or menu item availability.

How long does email delivery take?
Email delivery begins after your order has been processed and any required payment or security verification has been completed. Some orders may take longer when additional checks are necessary.

Are GrabFood Indonesia Gift Cards region-locked?
Yes. These vouchers are intended for eligible GrabFood transactions in Indonesia and are denominated in Indonesian rupiah.
They cannot normally be redeemed through a Grab account operating in another country. Confirm the recipient’s Grab market and location before ordering.
Does a GrabFood Indonesia Gift Card expire?
Yes. Each GrabGift is subject to the expiry date displayed in the delivered voucher information or in the Grab app.
Redeem and use the voucher before that date. Grab does not normally replace, exchange, extend, or refund an expired GrabGift.
Is there an additional charge?
There is not normally a separate charge simply for redeeming a valid GrabFood voucher. However, delivery fees, platform fees, taxes, service charges, small-order fees, and any amount exceeding the voucher value may still be payable.
The selling price displayed by eGift Cards may differ from the voucher’s face value. Review the denomination and final order price before completing checkout.
What should I do if the gift card is not working?
