Our Policy for Returns and Refunds

For security reasons, we do not offer returns/refund after delivered. eGiftcards.nz will not be exchanged and are not subject to returns for credit or refunds. Cases are handled on a case by case policy by e-giftcards admin team.

As our products are virtual, international customer would be handled as same as local customers. We will need to verify the funds before refund. The funds is only refundable before card delivered and will only be refunded to the paying account. The refund amount would depends on the paying method. Once our admin team has got your refund request, we'll email you to verify the payment and confirm the refund amount with you. We will update you after we made the refund with emails. It would then take 1-2 working days for the funds to show up in your record depend on the paying method.
